This course aims to enable participants to develop a systematic approach to negotiation tactics and the negotiating skills required for their work.

Through simulated exercises, participants will be able to practice their newly acquired negotiation skills.

Mr. LAU, retired Police Superintendent (退休警司劉達強先生), possesses extensive experience in negotiation as a strategic negotiator. He served in the Police Negotiation Cadre (PNC) since 1990 until his retirement in 2013. Managed to persuade more than 200 people out of committing suicide through negotiation and no failure record. Expert trainer and coach in negotiation knowledge and skills, not only for police personnel in PNC, also numerous talks and training to different government departments, schools, and organizations. Awardee of 2012 Hong Kong Humanity Award.
