香港管理專業協會 Food Hygiene Manager Certificate Course
The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has put the Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Supervisor Scheme into
practice to strengthen food safety supervision in all licensed food premises. All large food premises and other food
premises producing high-risk food are necessary to appoint at least one Hygiene Manager and one Hygiene Supervisor.
The course aims to enhance participants’ general awareness of the basic concepts of Public Housing
Agency Management in outsourced Public Housing Estates of HD/HA.
